I recently went through a business transition from LuLaRoe to Paisley Raye. The decision to change businesses was difficult but a total weight lifted off my chest when I decided. My husband and I were vacationing with his employer in Orlando, Florida when I made the decision. We were sitting in Harry Potter World, drinkingfrozen butterbeer, and chatting about our future. I was scared to leave what I knew I could do well. But financially my business was dying. I knew I needed to take my customer base to a new place before it completely went over the edge. Taking the leap was like going over the edge of a rollercoaster. The transition was intense and ground me down… but we all know that pressure makes diamonds. I got through it and took off on the other side and so can you. Here’s some inspiration for you!
